Roasted
Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes400 g
  • Pasta300 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Olive oil3 tbsp
  • Fresh basil1 handful

Method

  1. Roast tomatoes and garlic with olive oil until soft and jammy.
  2. Cook pasta in salted water. Save a cup of the cooking water.
  3. Toss everything together. Finish with basil and a little pasta water.
